Your rewards are equal to your efforts. Some people work just
hard enough in the business to make a few hundred extra dollars a month to make a car or
mortgage payment. Others have a greater desire and choose to work harder. They want
financial freedom, early retirement, etc. All this is valid. What’s important is what
you want. What I have found is that you truly find
out what you are worth in this business. I never felt I was paid what I was worth when I
worked for someone else. What about you? |
